Notice of Partial Service Changes for Summer 2025 Operations

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued patronage.
In preparation for the summer season of 2025, we have decided to implement partial changes to our operational schedule.
This decision has been made in response to the increasingly severe summer temperatures in recent years, as well as numerous customer requests for shorter cruise options.
As such, we will be introducing a limited-time "U-Turn Course" (approximately 40 minutes) as outlined below.
■ Operational Period
Saturday, July 19 – Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (tentative)
■ Route
Shogetsu Boarding Point → Near Yanagawa Amenbo Center → Shogetsu Boarding Point (U-Turn)
■ Schedule
Time Slot Course Description
Until now, we have offered a one-way course of approximately 60 minutes from Shogetsu Boarding Point to Ohana.
However, in light of the rising summer temperatures and feedback from both domestic and international guests expressing a preference for shorter ride durations, we have carefully reviewed our operations.
As a result of internal discussions prioritizing passenger safety and comfort, we will introduce the new U-Turn Course starting this summer season.
We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation, and we remain committed to enhancing the safety and quality of our services for all customers.
